  • IT Program Manager: He successfully led and profitably executed software deliveries for over twenty IT projects and programs, managing budgets of up to $50 million. In these roles, he supported multiple projects involving more than 250 employees, stakeholders, and contractors. Additionally, he oversaw the delivery of hundreds of software delivery increments for a Federal Health IT client and several large commercial clients.


  • Failing Projects/ Program Recovery: Brought in to fix eight failing software programs and projects over the past 15 years and successfully turned them around to meet their delivery requirements within allotted schedules and budgets.


  • Software Product Manager: Led team to develop an integrated-computer-aided systems engineering (I-CASE) suite of tools for modeling business processes, data, functions, information, object-oriented analysis, process simulation, and ontologies.


  • IT Professional Services Executive: Led Corporate HQ team that developed and deployed reusable professional service offerings, methods, and tools to 4000 Business and IT Consultants deployed worldwide. Profitably built IT professional services practice from zero to 100 people over three years.


  • Lean-Agile Practices Coach: Developed a series of online training courses and trained more than 600 IT Specialists and other stakeholders in client organizations on Lean-Agile practices, integrating concepts and practices from Scrum, Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe), Large-Scale Scrum (LeSS), and the Nexus Framework.


  • Management & Business Consulting: Held several consulting roles, including leading three Concept of Operations (CONOPS) Projects and supporting two other CONOPS investigations. Guided projects worth $52M in capital equipment and IT systems investments during the reconstruction of two printed circuit board fabrication sites.


  • Published Author: Author of books for IT specialists and business professionals.

Currently developing online courses to teach Lean-Agile practices at both the small team level and on an enterprise scale, focusing on business agility and product-centric business transformations in his self-published Building Our Digital World Series.
